Emmett Moore began his career as a medic in the United States Air Force, stationed in Montgomery, Alabama. He began working in the hospitality industry, in 1991, as a busser, while still active duty, and in just two years worked his way up to a management position. After eight years in the military, he left to pursue his passion for food and hospitality. Having worked for individual owners, as well as nationally recognized brands, Emmett brings over 20 years of knowledge and experience to Weathervane.
In his free time, Emmett enjoys the company of his wife and three grown children; camping, traveling and cheering on the family’s favorite college football team, the Alabama Crimson Tide. Although southern by birth, Emmett considers New England his true home. He currently resides in Plymouth with his wife, Artemis, and their two dogs.
